Orders & Delivery

How Will I Know When My Order Has Been Dispatched?

You'll receive a confirmation once your order has been processed. If you have any questions about the status of your order, contact us at budgetingbasicstt@gmail.com with your order number.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days via Odeliver or CSF Couriers.

Please note that 1–3 business days processing time is required before your order is dispatched.

Do You Deliver Across Trinidad And Tobago?

Yes — we deliver to all areas across Trinidad at a standard fee of $30 TTD and Tobago at a standard fee of $40 TTD.

Payments

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept the following payment methods — Cash on Delivery, Debit Card via Linx, Credit Card via Linx, Online Payment via WiPay (MasterCard and VISA), and Bank Transfer or Deposit. WiPay payments are processed through a secure online gateway.

Can I Use My Debit Card For Online Purchases In Trinidad?

Yes — you can pay online using your Trinidad and Tobago debit or credit card through our secure WiPay gateway, which accepts both MasterCard and VISA cards issued locally.

Returns & Refunds

What Is Your Return Policy?

We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase. What Items Cannot Be Returned?

Customised or personalised items cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How Do Refunds Work?

Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at budgetingbasicstt@gmail.com.

Damaged Or Defective Items

What If I Receive A Damaged Or Defective Item?

All items are inspected before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at budgetingbasicstt@gmail.com immediately with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage. We'll resolve the matter straight away.

My Item Has A Slight Imperfection — Is This Normal?

As a small business, many of our products are handmade and handcut. Some items may have very slight imperfections which are part of their handmade character. If you feel the imperfection goes beyond normal variation, please reach out and we'll be happy to help.

Are Your Products Reusable?

Yes — our laminated savings challenge trackers are reusable. Simply wipe clean with an alcohol wipe or acetone to remove marker and start a new challenge.

Do Your Budget Binders Come With Inserts?

Our complete budget binders come with cash envelopes and budget insert sheets included. Our standalone ring binders (A5, A6, A7) are sold as binder only — no inserts are included. Check each individual product listing for what's included before purchasing.

What Is The Difference Between A Budget Binder And A Savings Binder?
