Customer Care

As a small business, we are dedicated to crafting unique and visually appealing budgeting products. Each item is handmade with love, intricately cut, and laminated for reusability. We take great care to ensure consistent quality and precise measurements in every product.

Our commitment to creating superior products is our top priority. However some items may have slight imperfections, which add to their unique charm.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver to all areas across Trinidad and Tobago at a standard fee of $30

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 Working Days via Odeliver or CSF Couriers.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Customised Items CANNOT be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable custom products such as personalized items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I received an item that was damaged or defective.

All of our items are inspected prior to shipping out.

But if in the rare occurrence you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us at budgetingbasicstt@gmail.com with your order number and description of the damage.

Please also include any photos of the damage or defect. We'll will be sure to take care of the issue right away!

We queried four local banks in Trinidad and Tobago to confirm the use of Visa Debit Cards for local online purchases, and here are the responses:

Kindly be advised our Visa Debit EMV Cards can be used for any local purchase. 

Our Linx Visa Debit Card can only be used for local online transactions at this time. Query via Bank Chat.
